We welcomed Nicole Wolman to our practice in 2024. Nicole is an experienced Accredited Practicing Dietician. Originally from Johannesburg, South Africa Nicole has worked in private practice and as a consultant to the food industry.

Nicole is keen to promote long term sustainable changes to enhance health and mental well-being and understands the frustration people feel from too many mixed messages and contradictory claims made by the media.

She aims to help her clients navigate the minefield that is diet culture to help people make informed decisions.
